My page / Min side

My Page is in Norwegian and English. On My page you get an overview of your customer relationship and can see consumption per hour, day, month, and year. You can also open the HAN port to use smart home services and grant access to other family members or colleagues to your customer relationship.

When you gain better control and overview of your own electricity consumption, it will also become easier to save energy. When you log in to My Page, your consumption month by month will automatically be displayed.

Elvia app

The Elvia app is in Norwegian and English. This app provides an overview of your power consumption and the customer profile. The App gives you details about existing and historical power consumption. You can easily add consumption data from previous periods in order to compare consumption trends. The power outage map presents continually updated information about ongoing outages and planned disconnections. Our power outage guide can assist you in case of typical electrical household errors. You can also find information about your invoices and other details about your customer relationship with Elvia.

Choose whether you want to download the Elvia-app to your  iPhone in App Store or your Android-telephone in Google Play.
